Love and Spring Is In The Air!

Hello friends!
Today I made a card for this weeks challenge over at www.wordartwednesday.blogspot.com.  I LOVE their blog and their inspirational cards and challenges...You'll have to check them out.  Anyway, the weather has been sooo nice down here in the south that I thought I would use some spring colors for my card.

The recipe for my card is:
pearls, flowers and solid colored paper from my stash
Homemade "baker's twine" (my first try)
sentiment from www.wordartwednesday.blogspot.com
printed paper I made (directions on "how to" is an older post on my blog

Thank you sooo much for stopping by.  Hugs, Dawn

I love it Dawn!!! I like how you distressed each of the edges and the quote is great! I really need to check out their site sometime. Your homemade baker's twine looks AWESOME!! I saw a tutorial somewhere for doing so, of course I didn't see it until after I had bought some. Go figure!
Hugs and again, great job!!!! Jen
