1st Card For 2012

Hello to all my crafty friends!
Today I made my first card for the year. It is for my oldest granddaughter who is turning 11 in February. They sure don't stay little for long do they?

Here is a list of what I used to make this card:

Paisley Cachemire Cricut Cartridge for the outfit, I cut it at 4"
Lilac paper is from Colorbok, at Walmart
Ribbon from my stash
Pearl from my stash
Dragon Fly from Jolee's boutique at Walmart
Card and envelope from Studio G (size 5x5)
Print paper from my stash
I hope you like my little b-day card.Thank you so much for stopping by and visiting.... Hugs, Dawn

Well this is just GORGEOUS Dawn! I love the colours, and the dragonfly is beautiful. The little outfit is darling - the perfect choice for that "in-between" age. Gosh they grow up fast! Happy Birthday to your sweet Granddaughter. :)

Dawn: Thanks for your sweet comments. I am always dreaming of winning of that prize - some happy day!!!
I make my own scrunched seam binding. If you can think of a color/shade you could really use, send me an email with your mailing address and I will send you some. My favorite is the cream with antique (tea stained) for vintage, girl and soft projects.
Hugs,
Karen
